Terms & Conditions

Operational rules carried forward for Paisa Drop Taxi Clear travel guidelines and booking policies for Paisa Drop Taxi.

01. Fleet & Minimums

Capacity & Minimum Billing

Sedan: Maximum 4 passengers + 2 bags.
SUV: Maximum 7 passengers + 3 bags.
One-Way Journeys: Minimum billing of 130 km applies across all routes.
Round-Trip Journeys: Minimum package of 250 km applies (300 km for Bengaluru).

02. Charges & Extras

Transit Breaks: No extra charge for tea / food breaks during running journey time.
Waiting Charges: Sedan ₹120/hr • SUV ₹150/hr • Innova ₹150/hr • Innova Crysta ₹200/hr.
Roof-Carrier Luggage: ₹300 when specifically requested in the booking quotation.
Tolls & Permits: Tolls (handled via FASTag), interstate permits, hill station charges, and parking fees are extra at actuals.
Kilometre Calculation: Trip billing is strictly based on running kilometres from starting odometer reading to ending odometer reading.

03. Operating Timings

Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: One-day round trip starts from 6:00 AM and concludes by 12:00 midnight at the pickup point. After 12:00 midnight, additional driver batta applies.
Bengaluru Round Trip: Minimum 300 km package; operating hours 6:00 AM–10:00 PM; after 10:00 PM, driver batta is doubled as per standard outstation regulations.
Kerala Round Trip: One-day round trip starts 6:00 AM and concludes by 9:00 PM at pickup point.

04. Payments & Cancellation

Cancellation Charge: If cancelled after the driver has arrived at the pickup location, a cancellation fee of ₹500 applies. Prior to dispatch, no fee is charged.
Payment Modes: Direct UPI transfer (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), online bank transfer, or cash to driver upon trip completion.
Odometer Verification: Mandatory recording of starting and closing odometer readings with the driver.
Quotation Note: Website estimated fares are indicative estimates based on road distance. The booking team confirms the final quotation with toll/permit estimates before trip lock-in.
