The digital booking flow utilizes Google Maps Platform services to suggest exact doorstep locations and calculate road kilometre distances. Information entered into location search inputs is processed in accordance with standard map API security and privacy practices.
How We Use Information
We use enquiry details solely to calculate transparent fares, assign professional drivers and cabs, provide journey status updates, coordinate schedule changes, improve fleet operations, and prevent fraudulent bookings.
WhatsApp, Phone & Fleet Sharing
When you choose WhatsApp or direct phone calling, your communication is processed through the respective telecom/messaging network. Journey details (pickup location, contact phone number, and timing) are shared strictly with the assigned driver and fleet coordinator to fulfill your trip. Paisa Drop Taxi does not sell personal customer information to third parties.
